A peaceful place to recharge your batteries, in a green region steeped in history, dotted with footpaths for nature walks. Laurence and Jean welcome you for relaxing, unusual and creative breaks in an old Comminge house. Guide du routard 2023. Deckchairs, hammocks, swing and table tennis. Gîte Roulotte on the same property. On site, Jean will share his passion for wood, through his work as a woodturner and sculptor, and will show you around his workshops and gallery. On-site workshops are available, and everyone can take away their own creations by prior arrangement. You can also take advantage of activities on site or in the surrounding area selected just for you: the Gallo-Roman villa of Montmaurin, St-Bertrand, the caves of Gargas 10km away.

In a green setting surrounded by forest on the edge of the Pyrenees mountain range, "Au Coeur du Bois" offers stays in guest rooms and family suites. On the ground floor: breakfast will be served in the lounge-library (with wood-burning stove). Summer breakfasts under the catalpa. Upstairs: Zen bedroom (1 double bed (140cm)) with private shower room/WC. For a family (2 adults, 2 children), Zen suite: 2 adjoining bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) and (2 bunk beds 90cm) with en-suite shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet).
