Located in the heart of the Pyrenees, the Auberge d'Astau is a mountain gîte, restaurant and bar, at the foot of the famous Lac d'Oô. It offers comfortable rooms and a friendly dormitory, perfect for GR10 hikers.

The Auberge d'Astau has two accommodation areas: a bedroom section with 5 double rooms and 2 rooms with bunk beds, all with en-suite shower rooms, and a dormitory section with 14 beds in 3 rooms, a kitchen and a common room. A half-board option is available, so you can enjoy a hearty meal after a hard day's work. Bookings can only be made by telephone. An emblematic stopover for hikers on the GR10, the inn is also an ideal starting point for many walks and hikes to the surrounding lakes and peaks. Bed linen and blankets are not provided in the dormitory - bring your own sleeping bag or rent a duvet on site.
