In season, deer and hinds can often be seen and heard nearby. Nearby tourist attractions: 3km from the Garonne river (hiking, fishing and cycling), 6km from Lac du Géry (guinguette), 8km from Marignac train station (skiing in Luchon, visit to Toulouse) and the Pyrénées Hô leisure park, 20km from Spain and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges (favourite village of the French) and 25km from Bagnères-de-Luchon. Gîte on 4 levels, each separated by 6 steps: ground floor: entrance with utility room. 1st level: living room with fitted kitchen opening onto a south-facing terrace. 2nd level: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), shower room, separate WC. 3rd level: 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed) with study area and south-facing terrace and 1 bedroom (1 x 90cm single bed) under the roof.
