Terre de Sabonnères is an old farmhouse dating from the 19th century, built in mud brick on 3.5 hectares of land surrounded by woods and fields (with an unfenced pond in the garden). The gîte has been restored using natural materials (wood, lime, mud, terracotta, stone) typical of the village of Poucharramet. Covered terrace. Fenced communal swimming pool (12.5x5m) open from late May to late September. The gîte is adjoining the owners' house. Walks and visits nearby: Lac de la Bure 4km away (fishing and walking), Tépacap children's leisure park 9km away, La Muretaine and La Bérataise breweries 10 minutes away, Lac des Bonnets (water games, restaurant, swimming, go-karting) 11km away, Garonne river (Santiago de Compostela pilgrimage route, hiking and cycling trails in Mauzac) 14km away, Muret 15km (Aqualudia, shops, SNCF train station, Horizon Pyrénées seminar room) and Auch 60km away. Toulouse is 35km away. Layout on one level: living room with kitchenette, pantry, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm) with en-suite shower room/WC, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm + 1 single bed 90cm) with en-suite shower room/WC.
