Perched at the very top of the Col des Ares, surrounded by beech forests, this log chalet welcomes you for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the Frontignes! Stefan and Lætitia will tell you all about the secrets behind the construction of this chalet, which they built themselves as a family using sustainable materials. As well as enjoying the magnificent Pyrenean scenery (Pic du Gar...), you'll be able to take part in a wide range of activities organised by Stefan, who holds a state certificate in rafting, canyoning and climbing (from mid-May to the end of September, based on a minimum of 4 people, with equipment provided). Walks and hikes on site. There is also a campsite with 6 pitches and a guest house with 5 rooms for 15 people. Restaurant on site (breakfast and evening meal served). The chalet has a private terrace and balcony. You'll love the cosy, open-plan loft-style layout. Ground floor: entrance, shower room with WC, living area (sofa bed for 2 people) with fitted kitchen and fireplace (pellet stove). On the mezzanine: sleeping area with 1 x 140cm double bed and sitting area with 2 sofas that can be converted into 1 x 80cm child's bed. Reversible air-conditioning. Shared garden. Pets not allowed.
