The 35m2 flat has been completely refurbished. - The living room is divided into a sitting area and a dining area. The lounge area has a sofa, a flat-screen TV with TV cabinet and coffee table. - The dining area has a table and 4 chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Tassimo filter and pod coffee maker, kettle, toaster, extractor fan, crockery and cutlery). - The bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200), bedside tables and lamps, and a large wardrobe with hanging space and shelves. - The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, a large washbasin with storage space, a wall-hung WC and a heated towel rail. There is a private terrace area with garden table and chairs. You can also take advantage of the large 500m² garden planted with trees. There is a laundry room adjoining the flat, where you can safely store outdoor leisure equipment such as bicycles, fishing rods and even sledges and skis. A washing machine is also available. Guests have access to the flat, the premises and the entire garden. Arrivals are possible from 4pm and departures until 10am maximum. It will not be possible to bring your pet. Tenants must leave the flat in the same condition as they found it. Hoover, broom and cleaning products are available.
