In Elisa's gîte, as in a real family home, antique furniture and objects from yesteryear create a warm, authentic atmosphere, ideal for getting together with family or friends and relaxing. Open from April to All Saints' Day, the house is a haven of peace, with a terrace adjoining the kitchen, a barbecue/plancha area in the shade of the fig tree, an inflatable jacuzzi surrounded by bamboo, deckchairs for admiring the panoramic view of the Pyrenees and the surrounding forest, a bowling green, games and leisure facilities for all (children's swing, table tennis, exercise bikes, table football). Enclosed garden, unprotected pond, parking area. Just a 10-minute walk from the centre of Le Fousseret, a charming Comminges bastide with all the essential shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, chemist, etc.), the gîte is ideally located between Toulouse and the Pyrenees, just 6 minutes from the A64! It's a strategic location for discovering the riches of the Occitanie region by day. Toulouse 50 minutes away, Mourtis ski resort 1 hour. Inside, the 2-storey layout is spacious and functional: - Ground floor: a wide central corridor leads to the kitchen with direct access to the terrace, the dining room, the living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. - The first floor is dedicated to relaxation with a small TV corner in the corridor, 5 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms/WC: bedroom 1 (2 double beds 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 double beds 140x190cm), bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 in a row (1 single bed 120x190cm) (2 single beds 90x190cm) (1 double bed 140x190cm + 1 single bed 90x190cm). 2 cots available.
