Welcome to DOMAINE EVEYO! A gîte carefully renovated in 2025, combining old-world charm with modern comforts. In summer, you'll enjoy the charming garden with its fruit trees and rose bushes, shady areas by the river and the sunny terrace facing the mountains, where you can enjoy the sunrise or sunset. In winter, you can relax by the fireplace or in the games room. Everything you need to feel at home, in a village surrounded by hiking trails in the heart of the Comminges Barousse Pyrenees Regional Nature Park. A warm and inclusive welcome from Jérémy, Gabriel and Domino (unless you want to be on your own for the arrival) awaits you 35 minutes from the "Le Mourtis" ski resort / Near the SuperBagnères resort in Luchon / 1 hour from Toulouse and 1 hour from Pau / 1h20 from Lourdes The domain is made up of several interconnected areas, which you can rent separately or together. Ideal for 2 (just the "chalet") to 17 people (the whole domain with double/single beds or convertible beds), with the possibility of adding tents and extra mattresses. - The "Chalet": 2 double bedrooms + living room with sofa bed, kitchen, wood-burning stove, large panoramic terrace with views of the Pic du Cagire / bathroom + WC. - The "Maison": 2 master bedrooms + 1 single, living room with sofa bed, fitted kitchen with wood-burning stove, 2 bathrooms + 2 WCs, one on the ground floor, - The Workshops: flexible winter garden (dining room for +20 people or extra bedroom with convertible sofa or lounge/games room depending on requirements) + office with convertible sofa + shared laundry room = 2 additional convertible sofa beds. - The Garden: a real haven of peace where you can share meals on the lower terrace, activities or moments of silence in the shade, raised terrace bordered by a river, relaxation areas. For our cycling friends, a lockable bicycle garage and bicycles available on request... Summary : NUMBER OF DOUBLE BEDS: 4 NUMBER OF SINGLE BEDS: 1 NUMBER OF CONVERTIBLE SOFAS: 4 17 PEOPLE max Extra cot available on request Possibility of making more in partnership with neighbouring accommodation for 8 people (at the end of the street) Depending on the number of travellers, you will have access to : From 2 to 9 people: All the upper part with the "Chalet" facing the mountain, independent access into the domain + Shared laundry. >> The owners live in the "House" part with the little dog. 4 bedrooms + 1 living room + 1 kitchen + 1 terrace > From 9 to 15 people: All the upper part with the "Chalet" + the living rooms of the "Ateliers" part converted into bedrooms & of course the garden. 4 bedrooms + 3 living rooms + 1 kitchen + 1 terrace More than 15 people: The owners leave the house vacant for more than 15 people. You can use the entire estate. 5 bedrooms + 4 living rooms + 2 kitchens Please specify your requirements in your booking request so that we can prepare the spaces as well as possible (for example, the workshops can be specially arranged as a large dining room OR as a bedroom with several beds). If it's too complicated to imagine: remember that everything is possible and adaptable at the Domaine! Other comments Even though our dog Domino is absolutely adorable, some people who are not used to him may feel disturbed by his presence. He is very well trained, very calm (even more so with his anti-bark collar), taken out twice a day, outside most of the day taking naps or chasing birds. You won't be disturbed by him, unless you want to play with him :-) He is a member of our family so please treat him with the utmost consideration.
