Come and discover Myriam and Pierre ARAY's family farm just outside Saint-Gaudens!
Goat's cheese, goat's yoghurt, lamb meat. Myriam and Pierre specialise in livestock farming, with a herd of cows, a flock of suckler ewes that graze for 5 months in the summer pastures and a herd of dairy goats of several breeds that enable them to offer farmhouse cheese all year round. The goats graze in the pastures around the farm. Sales at the farm, with the option of delivery. You'll also find a range of local products in the shop.
