Market gardener producing a wide range of organic vegetables and vegetable plants.
Marie and Barthélémy produce vegetables, some fruit, aromatic plants and seedlings for amateur gardeners. In addition to organic production methods, they try to be as economical as possible with water and fossil fuels (very little watering, reduced tillage, little use of agricultural plastics or mechanisation). They use non-hybrid varieties, always focusing on taste quality. Their produce includes many heirloom plants and plants from the other side of the world, making for an extremely diverse offering. Sales at the farm by appointment only, and at the Saint Gaudens market on Thursday mornings and the Isle-Jourdain market on Saturday mornings.
