100% local spirulina. What is spirulina? Spirulina is considered a superfood because of its unique nutritional properties. It contains over 60% protein, fully-assimilable iron and vitamin B12 (essential for vegetarians). It prevents muscle wasting and stimulates the immune system. Spirulina is grown in a very respectful way. It is certified HVE (High Environmental Value) and AB. In 2019, Sabine will start producing spirulina. This cyanobacterium lives in special environmental conditions and in PH de 9, which is essential for its healthy development. Spirulina is one of the oldest living organisms on earth. Dried Spirulina flakes are available for sale at the farm by appointment, and can be delivered and dispatched on request. Accommodation on site
