The Domaine d'Ostau Montplaisant, set in the heart of nature and facing the Pyrenees, is the perfect place to welcome workers or holidaymakers looking for relaxation and peace and quiet. Adjoining the owner's home, it has a completely separate entrance. A private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a gas hob lets you enjoy the outdoor space on sunny days. The garden and swimming pool with shelter (8x4m) are shared, but guests can enjoy swimming on their own every afternoon until 6pm. There are plenty of activities nearby: hiking (the GR86 is 200m away and the Via Garona is 3km), cycling (the Garonne cycle path is 3km away), golf and the Montréjeau lake 6km away (Blue Flag swimming), canoeing and kayaking 11km away, the historic site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges 14km away, etc. The nearest ski resorts are around 40km away (Le Mourtis and Luchon-Superbagnères). All shops and services are in Montréjeau, and the nearest train station is in Gourdan-Polignan (also 6km away). From the front door, a few steps lead down to the living room. The kitchen opens onto the living area with dining area (table and high chairs), wood-burning stove and lounge with 120x190cm sofa bed. A corridor leads to a bedroom (double bed 160x200cm), a shower room (shower with jets, double washbasin) and a dry toilet. A staircase leads from the entrance to a small mezzanine, which is not counted as living space because it has a very low ceiling (1 double bed 140x190cm). Heating is provided by the programmable pellet stove. Wifi or wired internet connection.
