You can relax on the road to the Pyrenees, 2km from the village of Bérat (shops, restaurants and La Biérataise beer brewery), 6km from the Savères fishing lake, 10km from the ViaGarona hiking trail (route de Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle), the WakePark spring in Carbone (aquatic activities), Lac de la Bure, Lac de Sabatouse and the Tépacap adventure park, 17km from one of France's most beautiful villages, Rieux-Volvestre, and 20km from Muret (train station, Aqualudia, Horizon Pyrénées cinema and seminar centre). Take advantage of the communal swimming pool, located in the heart of the property, and outdoor games (table tennis, boules, badminton). Half-enclosed lawned grounds, paved terrace, small veranda, private parking area. On-site mini-farm with small animals and the donkeys Anémone and Peluche. This gîte is adjoining the owners' house but has independent access. There is a second gîte on the same property.
