Single-storey group gîte on the outskirts of Luchon, ideal for hiking in the mountains or skiing in Superbagnères

The Skioura cottage awaits you for a stopover or a longer stay with a shared, unfenced garden. An excellent base camp for all mountain activities. Located close to the town centre and the cable cars (2 km). Warm welcome from the owners. Activities on site: hiking, table tennis, swing. The owner has a whitewater kayaking licence and can introduce you to the turbulent waters of the Garonne. Nearby: skiing, thermal baths. Partnerships with mountain activity providers. On one level: relaxation room (games, library, fireplace), the gîte has accommodation with two bedrooms for six and two dormitories for ten separated into cubicles (32 single and/or bunk beds and 3 bathrooms). About 40 metres away, in another building, there is a dining room (60 m² with fireplace insert, TV, sound system) and a professional communal kitchen. To complete the property, there is a small 35m² chalet for additional guests or as a separate unit, comprising a living room with kitchen area (two 90cm single beds) and a bedroom (two 80cm single bunk beds), shower room/toilet. Price per bed in dormitory: £23/person/night, £49 half board, £58 full board, £1,080 for 32 places exclusively for self-catering for a weekend. For the small 4-person chalet, the price is £26/person/night, £52 half board and £61 full board. The entire site (32 places + 4 places) exclusively for a weekend: £1,288. The end-of-stay cleaning fee of €280 includes cleaning of the bathrooms (showers and toilets), bedrooms, dormitories, bedding, dining room and kitchen (worktop, extractor hood and fridge). You are responsible for: Washing and putting away the dishes Cleaning the gas cooker(s) and oven(s) Tidying the furniture Shaking and folding the blankets Emptying and cleaning the bins (glass must be taken to the recycling centre in Luchon).
