The house of character is located in a property of 17 ha, on the first foothills of the central Pyrenees. It includes on the ground floor: - A large living room with kitchen area (gas stove, refrigerator, freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, television) - a living room. First floor: 3 bedrooms: 2 with double beds (140x190), 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190). Bathroom, separate wc.

A games room with table tennis and garden furniture, open to the outside, is adjoining the house. A second garden furniture and a barbecue are available to holidaymakers in the garden. The 12 m diameter round swimming pool is about a hundred meters from the house, in the middle of nature, facing the Pyrenees. Shower and toilet are available in the pool room. Our main asset is nature and tranquility, hiking tours are possible from the house. The first mountains are 20 km away. The region offers the following activities within a 25 km radius: Horseback riding, hiking, paragliding, caving, rafting, canyoning, river walking, fishing. The Commingeois heritage is rich and varied: Gallo-Roman Villa of Montmaurin, Cathedral of Saint Bertrand de Comminges, Romanesque churches of Luchonnais etc ... Many festivities animate the region during the summer period. The surrounding villages offer markets every day of the week. The village of Pointis-Inard has a grocery store, a bakery, a café-restaurant, a post office. Supermarkets are 8 km away.
