City-stadium 300m away: table tennis, tennis, football and basketball... A covered carport allows two cars to be parked in front of the door. A room on the garden level can accommodate skis, boots and bicycles. The gîte at La Grange has a warm, light-filled atmosphere thanks to its large, south-facing windows, a veritable balcony overlooking the mountains. It sleeps up to 12 people on three comfortably furnished levels: - direct access from the street to the middle floor: entrance hall, 3 bedrooms distributed by a mezzanine corridor, each with 1 double bed (160x200cm), bathroom with double washbasin and 2 showers, WC. - on the upper floor: dormitory with 4 single beds (90x190cm), games area with footstools and rugs. - on the garden level (level -1 from the street): large living room opening onto the terrace and garden (fireplace with wood burner on the lounge side), storeroom/laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer, large freezer), separate WC with washbasin, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm), dressing room, private shower room and WC.
