This converted stone-built barn at the bottom of Saint Aventin village has been enthusiastically and tastefully restored. The village is in the Larboust valley, above Luchon. Well-equipped, large beds and quality materials. Living room opens onto large, sunny private terrace (65 m²), sheltered from wind. Fountain, garden. Parking in front of the barn. Ground floor: living room with fireplace, American-style kitchen, shower room/WC. First floor: 3 bedrooms (twin, 2 x 90 cm) (2 double rooms, each with 200 cm bed), shower room, WC. The larger two bedrooms have sloping ceilings and open onto a small balcony. Second floor converted attic: twin beds (2 x 90 cm). Electric heating. Pay-as-you-go mobile phone, microwave, fridge-freezer, baby equipment, Internet access. Bed linen provided. Gîte entirely non-smoking. Tourist tax extra in July and August.
