If you're a nature lover, this gîte at La Grangette is for you! Situated in the heart of the countryside, with an uninterrupted view of the Pyrenees when the weather permits, you can enjoy the peace and quiet here and take care of yourself. Although adjoining the owner's house, the gîte has its own private flower-filled garden with a 4.50x9m swimming pool secured by a fence, an outdoor jacuzzi (free from June to September, €20 per session the other months of the year) and table tennis. A fitness area (bike, elliptical, rowing machine) completes the facilities on offer. (Sports equipment for 14-year-olds only, under adult supervision). A lovely terrace with shaded pergola is available for meals and barbecues. Parking on the property. Pets not allowed. The layout of La Grangette is unusual. The living area is on the ground floor, accessible from the car park by a few steps down. The entrance is via a fitness room, followed by a relaxation area with a few armchairs, a library and board games. These areas (fitness and relaxation) can be used by the owners to access the shared laundry room (a washing machine and tumble dryer are reserved for guests). Small shower room/WC. The relaxation area opens onto a large kitchen with dining area, which is private to guests and overlooks the terrace and garden. The sleeping area is upstairs, accessible from the car park by a few steps. There is a large covered terrace with views of the mountains and garden furniture. From here, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160x200cm) and 1 sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for 1 child. The corridor is extended by a covered gallery that leads to 2 other, smaller bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140x190cm). Each bedroom has a television and a private shower room/WC. Heating by heat pump.
