Close to the ski resorts, you'll enjoy meeting up with friends in this warm and friendly setting for a well-deserved rest! The swimming pool is shared with the owners (adjoining house). Table tennis and mountain bikes available. Our basketball hoop is available in the spa grounds. A pergola protected from rain and sun is available. The house has 3 levels: - on the ground floor, a large living room, lounge (flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system), dining area and integrated kitchen area (food processor, coffee makers: classic + Senseo, thermo etc,...). WC with washbasin. Large cupboard with outdoor games - 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (1 double bed (160cm) (1 double bed (160cm) (2 single beds (90cm) and shower room), bathroom, WC, laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). - 2nd floor: mezzanine lounge. TV, DVD player and lots of games for all ages. Underfloor heating (solar + gas) included, free thermal water at the Barbazan refreshment kiosk. Indoor equipment available free of charge: fondue set, raclette machine, toasted sandwich maker, waffles, rice cooker. All baby equipment is available. Pets are not accepted. For the well-being of the following tenants, the gîte is non-smoking and non-smoking. For all bookings of two consecutive weeks (or more), a 15% reduction is applied to the second week.
