In the heart of the old spa town of Labarthe-Rivière, a few kilometres from Saint-Gaudens, this renovated farmhouse comprises 3 adjoining units: the owners' home and 2 self-catering cottages. Shared parking for the 2 gîtes. Small garden in front of the door. Ground floor: living room, kitchen, utility room, shower room, WC. Upstairs, the staircase leads to a large attic room (1 x 140cm double bed) + (2 x 90cm single beds separated by a 1/2 partition). Gas central heating, payable from 1/10 to 31/05. Pets accepted with an additional deposit of €50. Fête votive on the last weekend in August: 4 nights with dances and orchestra. No smoking.
