In the little village of Labarthe-Rivière, close to the centre (shops and conveniences), the gîte is part of a building also housing the owners' home and one other larger gîte. Small garden in front.
Communal parking and children's play area (swings, slide) Gîte entirely non-smoking. Ground floor: living room with wood burning stove, kitchen, laundry room, shower room, WC. First floor: the staircase leads up into a large attic room (double bed, 140 cm + twin beds, 2 x 90 cm, separated by a semi-partition). Extra charge for gas central heating from 01/10 to 31/05. Sun loungers, barbecue, microwave, fridge-freezer, TV with digital (TNT) channels.
