A former barn typical of the Comminges region, this fully renovated gîte is ideal for relaxing and exploring the Pyrenean foothills. Located on the first floor, the gîte comprises : - a large living room with fireplace (and wood available) - a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and a range of accessories) - a bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed - a bathroom with shower - an attic sleeping area with a 140x190 cm double bed and a 90x190 cm single bed - a pleasant winter garden ideal for reading, playing or sunbathing. The terrace offers a lovely view of the garden and forest. There is also a large garden planted with trees and a comfortable relaxation area, with garden furniture and an outdoor dining area. Please note: as the gîte is on the first floor, access is via a staircase, which is relatively steep. A photo has been dedicated to it so that you can see it for yourself. Cyclists will find plenty of space to park and prepare their bikes. If you're coming on horseback, horses are also welcome.
