Set back from the village, it enjoys a peaceful, privileged setting: in a large garden planted with trees, the shade of a majestic lime tree and the coolness of the stream below create a soothing atmosphere, ideal for recharging your batteries. After a great day's walking or cycling, you'll appreciate the comfort and greenery of the many nearby itineraries. The village of Aspet has everything you need just a few minutes away: two weekly markets showcasing local produce, a tourist office, craft shops and several bars and restaurants to help you make the most of the area's friendly atmosphere. The house comprises a pleasant 28 m² living room with open-plan kitchen, bright and welcoming, equipped with a sofa, armchairs and a dining area that can seat up to six people. The kitchen is functional and well-equipped, with everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also a separate toilet with washbasin, a bathroom with bath, bidet, washbasin and washing machine, and a comfortable 12 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed, several types of pillow, duvets adapted to the season and plenty of storage space. For your convenience, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are provided, as well as a basic set of cooking and cleaning products. There are also plenty of extras, and if you need anything extra, just ask. Guests have free access to the outside areas, including a covered terrace with furniture and an extra fridge, a barbecue, a relaxation area under the lime tree, a large garden, a garage for storing bicycles and sun loungers to make the most of the warm weather.
