Just 8km from Aurignac, L'Ecole à l'Ancienne is the perfect gîte for holidays in the countryside, for large families or groups of friends! Set in the peace and quiet of a small hamlet, you can use the terrace and enclosed garden to eat outside and relax. Although independent, you can still count on the advice of the owners, who live 500 m away, to help you discover this beautiful hillside region! Enclosed grounds: courtyard with parking area and terrace, garden. Pets allowed. A wide range of sporting and cultural activities are available within a 20km radius of the small village of Aulon: hiking all around the gîte, fishing in the Louge (in the hamlet), horse-riding 4km away, shops and services, open-air market, prehistory museum and swimming pool in Aurignac (8km), Lac de Sède (swimming, picnics, etc.) in Saint-Gaudens (14km), remarkable site of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges 36km away. There's something for everyone and every taste! The gîte is on 2 levels. Ground floor: entrance, utility room leading to a small shower room and separate WC, living room with lounge and dining area, separate kitchen. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have 1 double bed (160cm) or 2 twin beds (80x200cm), and a small children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x200cm), 1 shower room/WC and 1 second shower room. Gas central heating. WIFI internet connection. TELETRAVAIL: possibility of working (desks in the double bedrooms).
