Beautiful 500 m2 building in the countryside, in a peaceful setting, with parkland, terraces, swimming pool and large indoor hall for events from 15 to 60 people. This bastide is set in a green and peaceful setting just 45 minutes from Toulouse. A haven of peace bathed in sunshine, overlooking the valley with incredible views of the Pyrenees from the main terrace, pool, lounge and bedrooms. The perfect place to recharge your batteries with family and friends. The 16th-century building has stone walls over 80cm high, and offers real coolness in summer and warmth in winter with its 24 radiators and 2 fireplaces. On the ground floor you'll find vast living areas (55m2 lounge, 40m2 kitchen and a 50m2 room dedicated to your events) allowing you to share but also to have your privacy at any time of day. The pleasure of being together without being on top of each other! 7 bedrooms in total, all on the first floor: 6 doubles and 1 with 3 single beds. 3 rooms have their own private shower room. 2 individual bathrooms with double washbasins and large walk-in shower. The reception room is available (at extra cost) to host your events (dance floor, seated meal for 30-50 people, etc.) and the wooded grounds cover an area of one hectare. Please note: - For all your events, the reception room is available for an additional 650€ per stay. (table, chairs, sound system) - The house is rented for 15 people.
