Just 5 minutes from Luchon, this gîte has a beautiful view of the mountains and large grounds suitable for children and pets. The deer love it here too, as they can be spotted walking around at dusk, adding a special charm and magic to the place. A former farmhouse adjoins but is completely independent from this large, well-equipped gîte, with several tables and equipment available to make the most of the large outdoor spaces. This gîte is on the ground floor. Fenced courtyard and green space (swings, football cages, balls, badminton net, pétanque), parking spaces. After skiing or hiking, a jacuzzi awaits you. Ground floor: living room with TV, fitted kitchenette, shower room, separate WC, 1 bedroom/lounge with TV (1 x 140cm double sofa bed + 1 x 90cm single bed) 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm double bed + 2 x 90cm bunk beds). Pellet stove. Spain 15 minutes away. Pets not allowed in bedrooms. No smoking.
