Situated in the heart of the spa town of Salies-du-Salat, this charming, fully renovated, detached house welcomes you to a peaceful, relaxing environment. Just 1 hour from Toulouse, the ski resorts of the Pyrenees and Spain, it's an ideal base from which to discover the region's wellbeing, nature and cultural escapades. Just 800 metres from the town centre, within easy walking distance, you'll find the Salies thermal baths, casino, restaurants and all the local shops (bakeries, supermarket). There are also bus links to Boussens station, which is served by trains from Toulouse and Tarbes. The house is slightly elevated, offering comfortable, light-filled living spaces. It comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a pleasant living room, two large bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), a bedroom with bunk beds, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC. Everything has been thought of for your comfort: linen and towels provided, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and reversible heat pump heating, spacious storage space, as well as a host of amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, television, iron, etc.). There's also a small terrace with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing. Books and games are available for all ages. A cot and high chair can be provided on request. Access to the property is via a private entrance. Parking is easy and free on the street, in a very quiet area. The keys will be given to you personally to welcome you.
