The Moehau brewery is the story of two enthusiasts who have been brewing "big" and independently since 2016.

Our brewery is committed to the environment through concrete actions: * Fully certified organic production by Certipaq Bio, including harvesting, so no artificial flavourings, just fresh produce, * Raw and dry ingredients are sourced as locally as possible: organic cereals grown and malted in the Tarn, French organic hops whenever possible, our own harvesting, labels produced in Balma with the Imprim'vert label, etc. * Spent grain (cereal residue after brewing) is used as a feed supplement for animals, * Brewery water recovery system. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned connoisseur of craft beers, come along! We'll take you into our little world to discover beers that are rich in flavour and recipes that will amaze you!
