The Soépi farm is a small, extensive family-run operation.

With around fifteen goats on 24 hectares of natural meadows, Sophie makes raw milk cheeses from April to November. Certified organic since the farm opened in February 2022, this passionate farmer is keen to share her work and her love for her animals. Visits and walks around the farm are available by appointment. Production: raw goat's milk cheeses Sales at the farm every day from 11am to 1pm from April to November. Delivery to Toulouse on Wednesday afternoons in odd-numbered weeks. Possibility to order on the website "la ruche qui dit oui".
