Christophe Lafforgue is the founder of La Commingeoise. Situated in Agassac, a small village on the Comminges hillsides, the family farm boasts breathtaking views of the Pyrenees.
Christophe is passionate about his work: "In the past, this land cultivated by my family has retained its value and richness and has stood the test of time to bring us to the present day. Today, it's up to my wife and I to know how to extract it and make the most of its natural benefits. We are very attached to our region and its diversity, and all our workshops are run in accordance with the principles of agro-ecology. So we're extremely proud to be able to offer you our locally-grown, organic products, from a certified, eco-responsible supply chain.
