It is located in the heart of a 50-hectare private, fenced park, on the edge of the woods, where you can observe a number of species of wildlife: fallow deer, hinds, stags, roe deer, wild ducks, herons, hares, etc. You can also explore the small paths inside the park on foot or by bike. A small stream, the Lavet, runs through the property. The gîte offers a breathtaking view of a small pond and the Pyrenees mountain range. The gîte comprises Kitchen integrated into the living room with dining area and wood-burning stove, separate lounge with sofa bed, 3 separate bedrooms, two with double beds (140cm), the third with twin beds (90cm), bathroom, separate WC. Facilities include Television, internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, combined freezer, barbecue, garden furniture, BB bed and chair, bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning package available at extra cost.
