The GAEC des Hounts was founded in 1988 in Escanecrabe, on the south-facing slopes facing the majestic Pyrenees.
It's in this Comminge village, at the foot of the Pyrenees, that Matthieu, Christophe and Vincent raise their herd of over 700 SAAEEN goats. The three partners grow crops to feed the goats, produce milk, process it into cheese and sell it directly. Production: raw milk cow's and goat's cheeses
