Family-run organic dairy farm since 1982.
Lionel breeds Jersey, Brown and Prim'holstein cows, calves for meat fed on cow's milk, and beef cattle. He also grows IGP and Label Rouge Tarbais beans. The animals are fed from March to November on meadows grazed under dynamic rotational grazing to give them top-quality grass. In winter, the ration is made up of hay and silage (preserved grass) as well as cereal mixes produced on the farm. Farm sales every day from 7am to 10.30am and from 4.30pm to 7pm: raw cow's milk. Sales to order (home delivery possible): veal parcels, beef parcels, Tarbais beans.
